This company needs to be investigatedI have talked to several ppl with the same story as mine MEMS told me that their personal failed to get proper documents for filing this claimThe code they entered was 0149- does not meet medical criteriaThey assumed this to be correct without even seeing any of my medical recordsI was admitting to the hospital so They should have got records to put in the right code They are contacting me saying I owe 1,Had they used the correct code I would owe a deductible The insurance with my Medicare has sent me two bills showing I owe zeroThey told me I owed MEMS nothingThey said it was their negligence and they should right it off due to it has been over a year I want a statement from MEMS saying I owe nothing I want management to know the EMT told me to hurry he could not stay there all nightI was trying to get my medicine to take to ER because my doctor hard told me to always do thatI think if u check they were at my house less than minutesI was never sure if I told them all my medsI believe your staff needs to be reminded of malpractice negligence

MEMS told me that their personal failed to get proper documents for filing this claim. The code they entered was 0149- does not meet medical criteria. They assumed this to be correct without even seeing any of my medical records. I was admitting to the hospital so They should have got records to put in the right code.

They are contacting me saying I owe 1,101.43. Had they used the correct code I would owe a 250.00 deductible.

The insurance with my Medicare has sent me two bills showing I owe zero. They told me I owed MEMS nothing. They said it was their negligence and they should right it off due to it has been over a year.

I want a statement from MEMS saying I owe nothing.

I want management to know the EMT told me to hurry he could not stay there all night. I was trying to get my medicine to take to ER because my doctor hard told me to always do that. I think if u check they were at my house less than 15 minutes. I was never sure if I told them all my meds. I believe your staff needs to be reminded of malpractice negligence.
