Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The business has provided no additional information in their response to support the facts supported in the emails I have supplied A reasonable person reading the emails would come to the same conclusion that this business promised verbally and in writing, they were to swap out to red/green this year and also quoted an install price of $for this year, and then suddenly increased this to $ This business is operating in bad faith which can only be further demonstrated by their "rude" comment in their most recent Revdex.com reply I continually tried to disuss this matter with the business in person, but the business would not return my phone calls, but would only respond via email Email is a difficult communication method to discuss issues such as this which is why I wanted to talk with the business to come to an acceptable resolution The facts are:1) Last year the business showed up at my house with the wrong colour lights without calling me first to discuss this.2) At my house last year the business verbally agreed to swap to red/green this year, so I ok'd the install of the wrong colour so lights would at least go up on my house Various later emails confirm this in writing.3) The business quoted a $install price for this year that I agreed to, and then changed it to $1000.4) The business has not made a reasonable effort to obtain the red/green lights as promised They have suggested a source for the lights, but themselves refuse to buy them from this source and supply them to me as promised and install them at the agreed install price of $200.I would think that a business who respects their customers would go out of their way to honour their promises without causing themselves an unexceptable financial burden, but this does not seem to be the case here They simply change the facts put in writing by themselves and call the customer "rude"? I can't understand what I have done to be called "rude" other than ask them to honour their commitments, which any reasonable consumer would expect Sincerely, [redacted]
