Black ants suddenly appeared all over the houseProbably because of this insane heat wave! We called Men in Black and they were able to squeeze us in the next day due to a cancellation The tech came by and was prompt, experienced, and professional
We have a dog and I am months pregnant so I was concerned about using pesticides in the houseThe tech wonderful explaining all about the products used and made me feel confident Thank you again, Men in Black Pest Control! Definitely recommending these guys!

I just had my first treatment with Men In Black Pest last weekJason was the representative assigned to my house and he was excellent! Seriously....I've never been so excited about pest controlHere's why I'm thrilled- Jason was kind enough to call and give me a minute heads up before he was going to arrive at my houseHe wore black covers over his shoes, too, which was nice
He did not rush through the treatment and took the time to explain to me exactly what he was spraying for in my house Also, without me asking, Jason said he would reschedule in a few days to re-spray some areas because it was raining when he was at my houseTalk about top notch customer service! I can tell he really takes pride in his work and his territory

I have used Men in Black for ant treatment with positive experiences We unfortunately had a mouse problem this winter and after failing to address the problem on our own, we called Men in Black due to our previous success The first guy came out and was very thorough He was unable to find an initial entry point so we kept going through options of where we could look We ended up clearing the crawl space, the attic, and a number of other locations to find the source of the problem While it was a lot, I was happy to know it was probably a single event when we had some external plumbing work done There was still some significant snow cover, but he suggested that on the follow up, we double check on one area outside by the siding which could be a potential point of entry He placed down the traps and bait stations (the same one's I could have purchased at the local hardware store), and left It was nearing two weeks and I hadn't yet heard from the office about scheduling a follow up (was told they would call in a day or so), so I called in an made the appointment Another technician came out to check the traps and reset the bait stations He also did an outside inspection and said everything looked good, but there was one area by the siding that could be a potential point of entry I agreed with his assessment and he recommended calling the exclusion team to come out and seal it up I asked him for a ballpark quote before I committed to having them come out since I would have to take a third day off work now to accommodate another service call I made the appointment because I was hoping to have the work done right so I could be done with the problem Two weeks passed and a third technician came We talked about the problem area after we did a walk around, and then he continued his assessment After doing his check, he returned with a number of additional points of entry that were somehow missed by the two prior techs and a quote that was double of the initial ballpark He said the job would only take an hour, but that I would have to schedule ANOTHER appointment to do so I told them I would not be following through with this service It felt like a complete and total upsell on services and treatments and was not at all what I had expected from previous instances I spent a considerable amount of time following up with their office and managers and am overall very disappointed by the lack of training and accountability that I experienced and the time, effort, and money I wasted in the process
