Why she is trying to make me pay for the carpet cleaning (totally unfair) - Yes, the maintenance guys and the movers were working simultaneously- out of my control (the movers have finished first so the maintenance guys changed the junky water heater- Regarding the scratches in the furniture, the movers put blankets and stretch wrap in every piece of furniture- Her furniture is been moved several times and couldn't look like brand new because it's oldBesides it's not fine furnitureThere are pieces she stated she had paid $brand new, several years agoIn conclusion; I HAD QUOTED YOU TO HOURS TO COMPLETE THE MOVE $FOR HOURS TO $FOR (AGAIN, MOVERS AND TRUCK) WE CHARGED HER A TOTAL OF $for HOURS, REGARDLESS OF THE START TIME 8:AND FINISHING TIME 5:30, as well as the traffic on the road and the wasted time working simultaneously with the other guys replacing the junky water heater Unfair that she has opened a case on the Revdex.com, claiming $for damages.Her landlord changed the water heater and cleaned the carpet- I assumed at no cost - it's their responsibilityWhat $is this cheap person asking for?She couldn't be more miserable!

I am rejecting this response because:I have nothing new to addPlease peruse the conversation trail earlierAlso, the damages claimed are not from the water leak but scrapes caused to the furniture during the move (as stated in previous conversations)The business owner is trying to mislead on puepose.
