We are aware now of the missing piecesWe will honor the order obviously and will deliver the items as quickly as we can manufactureThis organization has independent teams in which orders over lapped etc and it was just my confusion not knowing these items were not deliveredAccording to our production notes these jackets were manufactured and delivered but that may or may not be accurateRegardless of that, customer informed yesterday they were waiting for these items still, I acknowledged the error, I took rezpsonsiblily and we will handle this as quickly as possible
