This was not a simple house as it has multiple tray ceilings, round corners and some rounded wallsI am planning on building another house on the lake next year and will undoubtedly have Menard and his crew do the workA+++

To Whom it May Concern: Our problems we have had with Menards Drywall is not with materials or labor but with the quality of their work. They performed this work in Novof and we had problems soon after they finished their work. Cracks appeared in the walls and the seams they made in the ceiling were crooked. They returned and fixed the ceiling and fixed the cracks in the walls. The problems we have now is that two of the cracks they claimed were fixed have cracked again and we now have screw heads that have broke through the finish work. We contacted *** right away concerning the cracks and he told us He would return himself and fix the problems and never stated at any time that the work wasn't covered. We feel these problems we are facing now go back to the original problems that were claimed to be fixed. Mr.*** has contacted us and said he would be out this next week to fix it, which he has said in the past, then never showed up. So now we wait to see if the work will be done and in a satisfactory way. Thanks for your time concerning this claim, *** ***
Menard Drywall has an excellent reputation for providing high quality workmanship on every job that we doCustomer satisfaction is always our goal. Although our written contract did not imply or specify any warranty on material or labor, I do verbally offer a one time return for
incidental damages or repairs, at no cost, for the first year after completionWe have made two trips to this project to do repairs at no charge to the homeownerMenard Drywall will agree to make one more trip to the residence to repair cracks that are in questionI have already contacted the homeowner with a date that will work for for us complete the repairs in question, again, at no charge Sincerely, *** *** *** *** ***
