Attached you will find the invoice dated 7/19/from [redacted] (***)The work completed at [redacted] was done in order to repair the damage that [redacted] caused to my vehicleMy initial complaint listed [redacted] , which was were I planned to take my vehicle for repair and was quoted the $by themI was able to work with [redacted] to complete the repair for lessSo, I would only like compensation from [redacted] for the damage they caused and repair which in total came to $ [redacted] did not provide me with any paperwork for the damage because the owner tore it up after I requested they stop working on my vehicle

RE: Case ID [redacted] It's not uncommon for wheel studs or lugs to fail the most common reason is damaged threads on the wheel stud due to improper installation of the lug nuts onto the stud and rust on the wheel studWe did not install the wheel studs or lugs on Ms [redacted] carWhen Ms [redacted] had repairs done at [redacted] they had wheel studs replaced on separate wheels not just the one we worked, that tells me that they were aftermarket wheels and lugs and any wheel stud or lug will fail after on & off againWe just tried to remove it and it broke instantly, the wheel stud was already stripped/damaged prior to any service we tried to performWe are not responsible the repairs Ms [redacted] had performed at [redacted] we offered to repair the broken wheel stud for $Menaul Tire & Service Menaul Blvd NW Albuquerque, NM ###-###-####

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Menaul Tire and Service did break the lug nut to the rear left driver side tire, and refused to repair it at their expense. So, at a minimum they should reimburse me the cost quoted by them for the repair of $45.00. They are responsible for the damage incurred, especially when at the time the service was rendered there was no policy in writing listed, verbal statement or signage indicating that damage occurring by service received at Menaul Tire and Service relieved them of liability and was solely the consumers responsibility. I am rejecting this response because:Menaul Tire and Service did break the lug nut to the rear left driver side tire, and refused to repair it at their expense. So, at a minimum they should reimburse me the cost quoted by them for the repair of $45.00. They are responsible for the damage incurred, especially when at the time the service was rendered there was no policy in writing listed, verbal statement or signage indicating that damage occurring by service received at Menaul Tire and Service relieved them of liability and was solely the consumers responsibility.

for repair and was quoted the $101.22 by them. I was able to work with [redacted] to complete the repair for less. So, I would only like compensation from [redacted] for the damage they caused and repair which in total came to $65.81. [redacted] did not provide me with any paperwork for the damage because the owner tore it up after I requested they stop working on my vehicle.
