I have been using Mendel Plumbing and Heating for my furnace and air conditioning service They are always quick to respond and work to solve the problem Mike *was very efficient in finding the leak from my air conditioner and fixing it I work close to home and they are very good about calling me in time to meet the service person so I don't have to miss too much time from work All of the service people are very good about explaining and showing me the problem and the solution They simplify the terms so I can understand I really appreciate that This was a repair to a previously fixed problem and they did not charge me for anything--travel or time nor material They take responsibility for their work
Paul was a wonderful person who was one time and went above and beyond to work on our boiler to fix it from the first time we called Mendel, to adding extra heaters to make our house super warm Paul is a friendly person and always a joy to have around! Thank you Mendel for a great job!

After having a Carbon Monoxide alarm go off in our house this last weekend due to our water heater we knew we needed a company we could trust Multiple sources recommended MendelFrom friends, to neighbors and our local hardware store They sent out a tech ( Ron ) within a half an hour of calling Ron was very thurough and detailedHe explained what caused the issue and how to resolve it He put a plan in place, had more techs sent out to assist and got to work Let me be clearThis was Hour job with 3+ techs working non stopThey replaced, vents, piping, and added two new water heaters It would have been very easy to make this a day job but Ron knew that we have two small children and going another day without hot water and risking another carbon monoxide leak was not an option Ron and crew were very professional and respectful in our home We have had some poor experiences with other companies in the last few years Between the professionalism of the office and Ron and crew we will be life long dedicated customers of Mendel
Mike Sconducted our annual furnace inspection and inspected our hot water heater tooOther technicians from Mendel have done our semi-annual inspections in the pastMike recognized that he installed this furnace and air conditioning systems ten years agoWe also had him inspect our hot water heater because we were not able to drain out the sedimentHe replaced the clogged valveHe said our heater will probably last another five yearsI trust Mendel not only for because of their great service; but most of all they don't try to sell us something we don't need yetThis type of honesty is what keeps a local, family owned company is business for so many years
Nick came to service our air conditioner, humidifier and water heaterHe was very pleasant and did a very thorough and professional jobIn addition he checked our sump pump, left some quotes I requested, and a few suggestions for my consideration
On Wednesday morning I woke up to no hot water I called my go to plumber Mendel Plumbing & Heating Jeff H was at my home in a couple of hours and by noon he had repaired my hot water heater and I had hot water again They have been my plumber for several years and I have never been disappointed They are prompt and reliable

Mendel Plumbing has always been fantastic to work with. They installed our furnace years ago, we needed them to come out and check on something real quick when it was super cold out, Mike S. told us ahead of time the price because of overtime, we said o.k. and he fixed our problem in a matter of minutes! It was so nice to have such a courteous person come into my home late in the evening and my furnace fixed, even when he was about to go home himself! What a wonderful job he did! I highly recomend this company.

Mendel always does Quality work as Rick did on this occasion. Mendel is a bit pricey. But, Quality service is worth it.
