The unit was purchased on 10/22/At the time of delivery our employees loaded the unit into the customer's pickupThe unit was available for display on the showroom floor, as such any issues with tire pressure would have been easy to recognize at that timeThis is the first we have

About 4:in the afternoon we received a call from the customer indicating that they did not feel that the unit was running properly, and by their own admission:
1) They had removed the speed restriction device(governor)
2) They had subsequently driven the unit into a ditch causing undetermined damage
Only at that point in time did they claim that they did not have the owners manualThe owners manual is located under the seatHad they contacted us prior, we would have provided an additional copy or directed them to an on-line version
As was communicated to us by the customer, the unit was mechanically altered and subsequently driven into a ditchThe unit sustained damage, (per the customer) and for these reasons we are unwilling to rescind the purchase
We are happy to examine the unit on the customers behalfShould we find any warranty issue we will communicate that to the manufacturer for consideration
