I was involved in a vehicle accident and the person at fault had Mendota Insurance, I was assigned to [redacted] at number XXX-XXX-XXXX, since the first day that we got in contact to discuss the policy she was impolite, offensive, aggressive and unprofessional, she gave me bad attitude the few times she returned my calls I tried to get a hold of her supervisor [redacted] to discuss ***'s [redacted] service and there was never any luck, every time that I left [redacted] a voice mail [redacted] would call me back questioning me about calling her supervisor, I told her various times about her attitude and un-professionalism and she only stated that I had problems, and that I will have to deal with her because I asked for a change of representativeI told her I would call her supervisor regarding customer service and she challenged me to call herIts a month since the accident which was never my fault to begin with, have not received the check to fix my car, and i'm being treated to disrespectfully, I hope that I never have to deal with this company again

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!! My dealership "recommended" Mendota years ago and I have been a LOYAL customer always making my payments on time NEVER lapsing or lateMy payment was due on the 13th and since it was a Sunday and I couldn't call to make a payment when they are closed, I called Monday morning the 14th and paidI asked if it could please be backdated since I made the payment as soon as I could the next business day and they REFUSE to do soNot only that, my payment wasn't considered processed until today which makes it a day lapse and now DMV is issuing me a $fine for both mine and my mother's vehicle!! I am a divorced, single mother of children and make less than $and hour and this fine has to be paid in full, RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!! They absolutely could of backdated my coverage to avoid this fine because of how my payment date landed on a weekend but these greedy, heartless S.O.B's couldn't care less that my children's holiday is now ruined even though I cried and begged them to please do something to help meThey just don't care and are not willing to help a loyal customerI have been paying close to $every month for almost years and FOR WHAT?!? Now they lost a good customer and caused me so much grief and hardshipThey will never get another penny out of me!!! I am absolutely switching companies and will be warning everyone how terrible their customer service is and that they don't care about their PAYING customers at all!!!!

On August 3rd 2016 my husband was driving to work when he was struck by a deer. The incident totaled our vehicle. I had been with Mendota for approximately 4 years, had full coverage and always paid my premium. It is now October 19th, and I have still not received the insane low ball offer they gave me for my vehicle. I have repeatedly attempted to contact my TL adjuster, not only has she refused to return my calls, but she doesn't even have her supervisors number on her voicemail. Two days ago I attempted to speak with a supervisor, who didn't answer either, voicemail states they will return calls within 24 hours ! nope not a call. These people are rude, negative, slow and impossible to work with. I urge anyone that is thinking about choosing this awful insurance company to look elsewhere. Geico may be a great option, as it has been for me !!!!
