ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! These people took not 1, but deposits from us totaling more than half the total of the the jobthey were supposed to finish months ago, and never came back PLUS the one side of the wall they did build, they never poured the concrete down the support columns, and as of this morning, after a storm, feet of the one wall they built, fell over! They won't answer your calls, they won't finish the job even after the R.O.C gets involved and gives them deadlines and threatens to suspend their license, they will make promises to come back and finish in accordance with the original contract, and then never comeThis has been going on for almost months since we first hired them I am quite sure we will never see the money or the rest of the materials we already paid forWe are taking them to court

Horrible company! Contracted for patios, block walls and new sprinklers and sod grass The cement is uneven and messy, the fence stucco is very poor quality and the installed sod that was about 50% dead...really, they cut corners all over my almost $project Big mistake to use this company!

I hired Mendoza Landscaping and Irrigation to build a block wall back on February 3rd of 2016. They asked for half of the money up front which I gave them. They constantly were making excuses and putting off doing my job. I called them dozens of times over the past several months, most of the time they would not return my call. The couple of times that Candy did return my call he would tell me that they would give me a refund. My first warning sign that they were never going to do my job was when Veronica told me that they would come to start the job by removing the existing bushes where the fence was to be placed but they would need the rest of the money up front before starting the job. Needless to say there was no way that I would give someone 100 percent of the money up front.

When I originally hired this company back in February of 2016 I felt I did the right thing, I checked with the Revdex.com, The Arizona Registrar of Contractors and I checked their reviews on several sites. They did have a couple of negative reviews but nothing that was a warning sign. I also checked with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and they had no complaints and their license was current. As of July 2016 they have dozens of complaints all over the internet and with the state of Arizona for the same exact thing that they did to me. Another victim even placed an ad on Craigslist to warn people about doing business with this company.
