I,m very very disappointed I just wanted the trial offer the add said 4.94 and I keep on getting bottles and bottles of Alpha R and Energy R and I don't know how to stop it ! This is a very under handed way to do business!I just received a bill for 200. dollars and I'm a on fixed income and I can't afford it nor do I want this product ! I'll send the 8 bottles back to them if they want! This product did not do as advertised! Again all I wanted was a trial offer I would like my money back!

The trial offer you took part in gives you 15 days to evaluate the product. During that 15 days if you do not like the product you can call and cancel and you will not be billed. Since you did not call and cancel your trial we set you up on a monthly basis to receive more product. This subscription could have been canceled at any time by phone or email. We see that you are unhappy with our product so we cancelled your subscription along with refunding you your last few months of subscription costs. Please return your unopened product to our return address listed at Mengenix.com at your earliest convenience.

This product is a complete fraud and useless. The company business practices are to offer a free trial and then send a very overpriced product on a monthly basis billed to your CC. FYI, the same product is available on Amazon at 1/3 the cost!

We offer a trial of our products for 15 days to evaluate the product and see if it's going to work for you. If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 15 days, you can call or email us to cancel your trial offer. If you are satisfied with our product, do nothing and we will bill you for the product you received and initiate our monthly continuity program.
Please be aware that we do not sell our products on amazon. If you found our products on amazon it is either someone else selling our product second hand, or someone has copied our product and is selling an imitation.

Have been trying to get a refund promised to me in October 2017. We get the run-around every time we call.
On Aug.4,2017 I ordered some male enhancement products to try for 41.68, order #***. It didn't work, but on 8/21/17 & 9/20/17 my bank a/c was debited 97.23 for a total of 194.46. there were also 2 charges of 93.78 which were refunded on 10/16/17 to my bank a/c. We have been trying to get the 2 charges of 97.23 refunded since that time. We have spoken to multiple customer service reps & managers with NO RESULTS. Our bank can't open an inquery now because they did refund PART of the money. My banker says they should refund the 194.46 the same way they did on 10/16/17. They claim they've tried but it wouldn't go through. I even had my banker call them. She got the run-around too. I suspect they are trying to DEBIT my a/c, not CREDIT it. The debit card I used has been deactivated by my bank but if they refund to that card # it will go through according to my banker.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Mr. had initially ordered two of our 15 day trial products. Since Mr. did not cancel his trial in this 15 day period he was billed for the products in full and then set up to receive more product on a monthly basis. Mr. then received his next month products and was billed accordingly. Mr. then proceeded to contact our customer service department where he requested a refund and agreed to return the most recent product. A total of $187.56 was successfully refunded to Mr. at that time. We have tried several times to refund Mr. the remaining $194.46 but have been unsuccessful due to the fact that Mr. deactivated his debit card. We are mailing a check to Mr. at the address listed on file in the amount of $194.46 to accommodate for this. Please allow us 5-7 business days to send the check plus standard shipping time to receive the refund.
