*** *** was a lease holder with Maison Gardens apartments and he moved out on 2/29/16. His lease was up on 4/30/16. He moved out and did not give a day notice therefore he was charged an early termination fee of 419.00, an insufficient notice fee of and rent in
the amount of 320.00. Gold Seal is the company that provides our pest control services and they inspected his apartment on 2/19/and they reported they did not have any sightings of any pests or rodents. Our company will treat any pest control issues that are reported to us however we do not allow people to skip out without notice or paying the proper fees that are outlined in the leaseThank you and please let me know if you need anything else

is held in reserve for more than 48 hours ( not including application date) the landlord shall not refund holding fee if the undersigned fails to execute a lease and occupy the apartment." [redacted] signed our application agreeing to this. If [redacted] has further questions regarding the application that she signed she is welcome to contact the Property Manager. Maison Gardens wishes her luck in her home search and would welcome the opportunity to assist her if the need arises in the future.
