Review: I signed a contract for lawn services with this company on April 10, 2012. Contract was for 5 lawn applications. I received 1 (one) application. Additionally, this company took two months to cash my check for services. I attempted (and left approximately three voice messages over a two week period) to verify that, 1) Meng's received my payment and 2) when would my second application be taken care of. Owner finally responded that he did find the check (it was "buried" under a lot of paperwork) and that I could expect my second treatment shortly. My check was finally cashed but I never received another treatment on my lawn. I again attempted to contact owner regarding care of my lawn but received no response. Also, I never received paperwork for the one application applied to my lawn. There was only the white tags stick in the lawn to give the impression thy had been there.
In May of 2013, after signing with another company( in March of 2013 in hopes of getting my lawn back in shape) I again attempted to contact Meng's owner to request my money back due to Meng's not following through on the contractual services I paid for. I have heard nothing in response to my request.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back from this company due to it's not following through on the services of the contract and due to no communication whatsoever to any of my requests.

[redacted] contracted us to provide 5 applications for lawn treatment for her residence. I met with her early in Spring and she had sent us a check for the entire season. There are 3 applications where we heave to leave a restricted use pesticide sign in the lawn after performing the service. This would be the crab-grass pre-emergent (round 1), broadleaf application (round 2), Broad leaf application (round 4). The other two apps one during the summer and the winter you do not have to post the site, since it is fertilizer only.
[redacted] received the first 3 applications. I do remember talking with her after the first application. She left a message wondering when the second application would be performed. I did these applications personally last year.
I will refund her the amount for the last two applications due to non-performance on our part. The amount will be $60.00.
