I am rejecting this response because: Okay since she wants to settle, let's close the case, if she's willing to pay me $dollars with no further action taken

When Ms*** came to pick up her order of items, she complained about how her dresses changed color, stating that she brought the dress before, and have never happened before.-If the color was going to "bleed" it would happen in first cleaning, not subsequently.-We always follow directions for
garment care so to minimize any fabric/color changes. (this is why I wanted to contact the makers of the dress as below)I told Ms*** that I'll work with her, but ask for time for me to contact the makers of the dress. With other customers present, Ms*** started to scream and I had to ask her at least twice to calm down. Since then, I've been in contact with Macy's through at least correspondence which I have copies of. Macy's advised me to let the customer contact Macy's for replacement or refund, which I told Ms***.I was and still am willing to work with my customer. But I find her wanting $for each dress to be unfair.-Simple web search shows similar dresses she bought at Macy's ranges lower than $100-Ms*** stated her dresses were brought multiple times to our store. We cannot refund for a worn dress with full price.-I need to see receipts for the dress if $100xhas to be repaid

I would like to know where Ms*** is coming with $150. She talks about this dress she purchased at Macy's for around $100. However, American living dresses cost less than $at Macy's even brand new.Also, the other two dresses (Voir Voir, SOHO apparel) cost less than $at brand new price.Because the dresses were not in any way new condition, (old stains and per Ms***, they were brought many times to the store before) I believe refunding her more than the full brand new retail price for dresses is not reasonable.I would agree to pay her $for all three dresses. This figure comes from ($+ $+ $20) = $which is counting the prices of the dresses at HIGH end of what they would cost.$is about 70% of what she would have paid for the dresses brand new
