Approximately around December 23rd, 2019 *** had given us different prices for Princess Cruise line. The cruise that we ended up booking with her was on the Royal Princess. Set to sail to Cabo San Lucas on Feb 1-5 for myself, my daughter and good friend who has terminal cancer and is around 78 years old named ***. We Paid this travel agency *** $2100.65 on December 23, 2019. On January 17th I was applying for a passport at Murrieta Post Office for a different travel date for November of 2020. I had my friend *** with me and the post office worker with me when I had learned that they needed to send my original birth certificate to the government in order to obtain a passport for my November 2020 trip. I immediately called my travel agency which was called Menifee Valley travel, spoke with ***, owner of this co. & said on speakerphone that it would not be a problem if I did not have an original birth certificate and as long as post office made several good copies of the original birth certificate they would accept the copies on the cruise ship. She had travelers in the past that had copies& no problems for them at all! Well... on February 1st 2020 we were to board ship & they would not accept any copies of birth certificates. We were devastated that the information she gave us was incorrect to say the least. My attorney advised us to go to Revdex.com so that she will settle before we take her co. to court for wrongful info. We could not board the ship, $2100.65 plus $200 for drive was not refundable because of her mistake. Princesscruise lines advised us to take her to small claims court for wrongful info. This was her job to direct us& advise us and she was wrong! Thats why we went through a travel agency that pays her commission to avoid problems. She definitely gave us the wrong info. Mr *** who has prostate terminal cancer & Anatomy of the neck which cuts off connection between mouth & lungs, breathes thru surgical hole in neck had panic attack, heart pain

My Name is *** Of Menifee valley travel my husband and I have been in business about 12 years . When I first booked *** she said that *** was a friend paying for her to go on a cruise so she asked me to reach out to him several times to book this cruise. So we booked it for *** (72), *** & her daughter . she started asking me so many questions about wheelchair, handicapped, and a lot of other issues . so I responded you need to check with the cruiseline just really needy alot more than any other client I have had . she paid a portion and *** paid the bulk of the cruise. I told her she needed an original birth certificate or a passport . She said she had a B/C . I emailed her the itinerary as I do all my clients on there it does state what documentation you need . I also had to keep asking her to complete her on line check in with Princess. and I also have a form she had to complete stating these facts. Online check in has a section verifying the document that she is to bring with her it clearly states this with a sign off . that she did finally complete . One day she called me frantically from the Post Office asking me what she should do ?? OMG they are taking my B/C to apply for my passport ?? I asked why would you send off your Original B/C 2 weeks before your cruise?? WHYYYY ?? she never asked me if she should I would have clearly advised her not to ! but she had already mailed it off so it was too late! I was grasping at what to advise her. it put me in a bad position . I always inform my clients in the beginning on what they need to bring .Then I book and Im done . It is my clients responsibility to read and fill out forms pertaining to their cruise . I make them complete so I am not liable. I always say check with the cruiseline. mind you she is a grown adult . she told me she has cruised many times before ?. she had 3 different forms she signed off telling her what was needed to bring . On Cruise Day Feb 1 she called me I was out of town but still answered my phone that she was denied boarding because she only had a copy of her birthcertificate they would not accept a copy . she needed the original that she had sent off . I was ill ( Im thinking we may have had the virus everyone is getting now ?) she kept calling me and harrassing me saying it was my fault she didn't get to go on her cruise . I told her you were told & signed off during your online check in process on what to bring. So she asked me ok can you just book me for next week I said ok I could barely talk I had lost my voice , was achy and had a fever . I rebooked her .. she then noticed oh how come it so cheap I think I want to take my son ! I was so sick ... she still kept yelling at me I told her I was sorry but it wasn't my fault . I said you are an adult responsible for your own actions not me . I also had about 35 other cruisers that day and they all boarded just fine! When she asked me to book another cabin I just was so exhausted mentally & physically from dealing with her . I told her you know what I am going to remove myself from being your travel agent I just cant do this anymore ! I said go ahead & book it directly with Princess . Im sorry ( I have never done this before ) but being sick and all I was at my breaking point . My Husband & Kids were there listening to her harass me . I didn't hear from her except to delete her reservation so I did . *** then sent me a text at the end of February threatening me she was going to sue me because they had a terrible time on the Feb 10th cruise it was Valentines week and it was my fault she had a terrible time! I was appalled . *** told me she had witnesses and that Princess was on her side and I owed her the money for the first cruise. and she has a lawyer. and that she hoped I was happy . I told her no I am not happy I strive on being the best travel agent. Mr. had travel protection on his portion . I kept asking her if she wanted insurance . she declined. for Mr. I added it because he is 72 . she has yet to file a claim to get some of the money back for his portion ? I called Princess cruiselines and talked to their department that handles refunds and credits. I begged them to please give them credit . They said no this was on her she knew what was asked to board she didn't comply therefore no refund. they also told me she had called them asking for their legal department , and wanted me removed from her booking . Princess also tried to reach out to them and left a message to call Princess back they never called them back ? they said they would never tell her they were on her side like she told me . *** was lying to me . they did refund Mr ***s card abour $330 on Feb 19th from the first cruise and I think they transferred some funds from one cruise to the other . so she needs to file a claim with the insurance company so she can get a partial refund . But instead she is coming after me with threatening text messages and now with the Revdex.com. I hope this clears this mess up

hmmmm...after reading this persons response it doesn't look at all like she was soooooo sick as she says. Looks like a good time at the river to me! So dont listen to her feel sorry for me I was so sick lies!!! While I had to go through this unbelievable nightmare!! First of all lets talk about the 5 lies in this response:1. Trying to make me look like *** paid for all of this and implicating that I am somehow taking advantage of this man? Sorry wrong!! I paid him back every penny even though none of your business!!!2. This person Never ever told me I needed an original Birth Certificate in fact I am obtaining a notarized letter from the girl at the post office stating that she heard this person named *** tell me on the speaker phone to make very good copies of my original, as in her past experiences this has always worked, so "Make at least 5 good copies and one will work and go through! Very bad and wrong advise . Also by friend *** was present and heard *** also say this!! 3. Sick?? Yeah doesnt look like you were sick at all using my commission to have fun with! Very unprofessional and shady business and manor. Now this is the first time she is ever bringing her husband in so she can "say" she has a witnessall of a sudden suppossivley have someone back her story up!4th lie! I never booked with her the 2nd time! Why would I book with a crook who made money off of me and my dying friend *** and precious daughter? She clearly gave me wrong information and I had put all of my trust in this person who did me wrong!! Pathetic how people can be so cruel! 5th lie No refund as of yet, Princess cruise line legal department told me this was all on her and the travel agency and that I should fight to get my money back! this person lied to me! The reason I went through a travel agency verses Princess Cruise Lines is so that she would actually help and guide me through the journey,, not give me false information like using copies of Birth Certificates and now going back on her word. She is responsible for the miserable experience and I am going through alot of stress and anxiety because of her! Also my friend *** is experiencing stress and anxiety through all this and he in critical condition. This person must own up to her false information and make things right! All she knows how to do is make lies up!!! I will get justice and I wont this person get away with flat out lying to me. Getting statement from postal worker and *** for proof of what she said. If she would have told me no no no don't let the government take your original birth certificate because they wont let you on ship, do u think I would have gave it to the postal worker to send in? No I would of kept it but person named *** at menifee travel said as I stated earlier, :make really good copies!! It will work!!!

Hello here are the refunds sent to me by Princess cruises... $1016 can be claimed on Mr.s insurance policy for aprox $1016 ( his portion) ...AON Affinity ***they will give him future cruise credit .

I am rejecting this response because: I dont understand any of this. how does he get the refund when he was denied in the letter I sent earlier?? You need to call me so we can get this resolved!!! makes no sense and *** has nothing in writing. please advise
