[redacted] signed her child up for swimming lesson monthly membership.
After the first month passed [redacted] we periodically called [redacted] regarding her child's absence and requested that a cancellation form be filled out if she no longer wanted...

lessons, which never happened.
[redacted] contacted us during the fifth month and requested a refund for the four month that she did not attend. [redacted] never filled out a cancellation form to stop her reoccurring monthly payments. She requested a refund and then requested to re-register for the same day/time that her original lesson was scheduled for.
[redacted] refuses to accept no personal responsibility to the charges that occurred to her credit card - she claimed that she never checks her credit card statements. Had [redacted] notified up immediately after she felt that she should not have been charged, there would be no issue, we would have cancelled and refunded immediately. I offered to issue a partial refund for two months, [redacted] declined. After listening to her upset emotions, I then offered to refund three months to her credit card - [redacted] declined and stated that she was insulted. I am not willing to refund four full months. I believe that we are NOT in error and that [redacted] does need to accept some responsibility in knowing what she is signing up for and some financial responsibility to check her credit card statement, as "I don't check my statement" is an acceptable excuse.
Personally, I think [redacted] is lying as she wanted the same day/time for lessons after she received her money back for the four months that she did not attend. She wanted us to keep her child's lesson slot without having to pay us for it.

First, I did not receive the reply or money back from the business Menloswim. Please provide proof if it did so. I called my credit card company and they are investigating this unauthorized transaction issue now.
Second,I also request $30 enrollment fee back from this business since I did not trust this swim school and cannot receive their service in the future based on their bad business behavior.
Finally, I want the business apology for their employees'negative attitude and unfriendly customer service. Remember, reputation and clients loyalty are the key for a good business.
