To whom it will concern,

We had a power surge issue with our residential well pump.

I called [redacted] with AquaWells, at approx 3:30 on Oct 20, 2016.

He was on his way to pick his child up from school. Un expectedly, he suggested that he stop by after picking up his child, due to the fact he was already in the area.

He arrived accordingly around 4:00. He was presentable, knowledgeable and professional from hello.

To my complete yet pleasant surprise, with out any hassle, up charge or nonsense, he isolated our the problem (bad capacitor and power box etc) & rectified it with an entire new power box etc.

It took him approx 45 minutes from start to finish.

He charged $300 for the box (more than fair) and 85.00 for a service call (extremely fair considering), while on his own time.

I find this to be an outstanding (but rare) example of a business and its personal, that pride themselves on ethic and integrity.

Simply put, with Aqua Wells, I can tell that customer is always KING.

Way to go Aqua Wells!

In addition;

As a successful business owner in the region that prides its business model on 100% customer service and quality. It is so nice to know that there are still some local companies around that run a 100% fair, honest and ethical business model. Without compromise.

This email is in response to the customer statement in regards to Destination Fitness. First and foremost, [redacted], is not a client of Destination Fitness, but an Independent Contractor of Destination Fitness who was recently dismissed.  You can view you biography on our website at...

In regards to the statement of the problem, each and every trainer advertised on our website, does indeed hold accredited certifications in Personal Training as well as liability insurance.  They would not be able to obtain liability insurance without a current Personal Training Certificate.  I would be happy to submit any documentation as proof of certification of each one of my Independent Contractor Personal Trainers.  Before clients are assigned to trainers, I personally consult with the client and obtain any and all relevant health history information, which may include a medical release to train from their physician.  Based on this health history, I assign trainers who have the qualifications and certifications necessary to meet the client’s needs and goals.  Therefore, the statement that I am putting the clients in a position of injury due to the lack of expertise is a false statement.  In addition the statement that the client is paying for something they are not receiving is also a false statement.  In regards to the statement about printing fabricated bio’s.  Each and every Independent Contractor writes their own biographies and provides me with their certifications, liability insurance, copies of their First Aid Certifications and CPR Certifications and photo.  In addition they sign an application which allows me to perform a professional background check on them to ensure the safety of my clients.  I have owned Destination Fitness for the past 15 years and have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com.  I strive each and every day to provide the best business model to care for my clients and my Independent Contractors.  I hope my statement can resolve this issue.  Please feel free to contact me if you need further information or documentation.  I have alerted my staff to this issue and they are ready to support me with any and all additional documentation that is needed.   Thank you for your consideration.  Jill [redacted] Owner, Destination Fitness  [redacted] email:  [redacted]@gmail.com
