During the week of 3/9/I contacted RIPAC concerning a water leak reported by tenant in my rental unitI faxed info to RIPACThe problem was a hole in refrigerator and I purchased new onI requested service call on 3/for a fan to dry carpetI faxed them on several occasions to check the outside of the building as done the past for cracks if any to this basement unitRIPAC never disclosed this with meThey went into the unit for minutes cut a ft x 3ft section out of the wall without having my authorizationI was presented with an un-itemized bill for $times the industry standardsI had to pay $to repair wallRIPAC wanted per hour
Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with RIPAC!
I have been trying to resolve an issue with them for over months which is their responsibility to address with a member They have sent letters to the member but are unable or unwilling to reinforce the issue Members constantly complain that the property manager is unable to resolve any issues We, the members, are stuck between a rock and a hard place Calling RIPAC is a wast of time I would guess it's good to have this management compact if no one cares about maintance
RIPAC has continuously ignored complaints about an on-going issue in my unit that I own, I pay $a month in condo fees and RIPAC is the property managerI have made several complained both in writing and over the phone regarding the fact that my unit keeps flooding due to fault plumbing and neglect / incompetence of the renters above meMost recently my entire unit was damaged resulting in new floors, new walls, new bathroom and new kitchen cabinetsThey admitted it was their responsibility to fix then fought me every step of the wayWe were homeless for weeks while the work was being completed (after months of back and forth)We were finally able to move back in 7/15/and we were flooded again 7/27/I specifically stated during our renovation process I wanted a permanent solution to stop this from happening againOver the past years I've owed this unit we have been inconvenienced by this problem times, the most recent time (May 2018) being the worst as there wa
