October 17, 2016Dear *** ***:I am in receipt of your letter dated October 12, wherein you forwarded the complaint of *** ***Kindly be advised that I was contracted by *** to replace her roof in as a result of storm damage to her propertyThis was an insurance claim
I told *** *** at the initial inspection that the skylights would more than likely need to be replaced, as she complained that they had been a problem in the pastIt was obvious that they were heavily mucked and caulked and at that time I gave her a price to replace them (her insurance company did not include them in the job, because they were not damaged by the storm, the damage they showed was considered wear and tear) and she told me she could not afford to replace themWe agreed that I would do my best but there was no guarantee, as the skylights had already been failingThe job was performed as to the insurance Company's specificationsSoon afterwards *** contacted me regarding a problem with what she termed a leaking roofIt was determined that it was the skylight(s)She refused to pay me the balance of the money owed despite numerous attempts made by me to come back again for repairsShe contacted Concord Township and her insurance companyThe insurance company inspection determined that I did exactly what I was contracted to do, and that her problem was the result of skylights which were a separate issueThe balance of the money was releasedShe also told me that she did not want me on her property anymore.I am attaching emails from January 9, 2015, and March 27, and some photos.Very truly yours,Paul M

Had this company do an estimation. Complete con artists. Avoid and keep them away as they may cause more damage then fix. If there is even a problem to fix to begin with, they lie straight through their teeth.
