The consumer stated that the company was supposed to come back out this past Saturday 12/16/17, they did not come and the company has not contacted them.The consumer stated that the work that still needs addressed include some poles and hardware that need touched up with paint and the company will probably need to make some adjustments.? The consumer stated that the inspectors did come out to look at the work but they only look to make sure if the work was done within the property lines, they don't inspect for workmanship

1/17/3:pm Telephone response - voicemail-obtained from the company as follows:The company stated that they did go out and finished all but a little touch bit of touch up spray paint.The company stated the consumer is satisfied and it is functional , consumer's dog are in it and the consumer is using it. The company stated they did attempt to go out on Christmas eve when it was warm and the consumer declined due to family holiday obligations. The company stated the only thing left is a little bit of black touch up spray paint on a black vinyl chain link.The company stated the consumer still owes him $and the consumer is holding the money until the touis done. The company stated that the consumer stated that he does not want the spray paint done until the temperature is warmer.
