Please be advised that this customer signed up for our "15-Day Flipster Trial" for $on April 25, She also purchased our Cash Buyer Magnet Program in the amount of $on that same dateIf the customer did not cancel within days, her monthly subscription would start and she would have an additional days to cancel and receive a refund for her Cash Buyer Magnet Program Customer is incorrect stating that she only had days to cancel the day trial Customer sent us a request to cancel on 4/26/and then again on 4/28/stating that if we did not contact her by tomorrow (4/29/- today's date) that she would contact the Revdex.com We contacted the customer today, 4/29/and advised her that we cancelled her day Flipster Trial and refunded her $for her Cash Buyer Magnet Program We also advised her that it is a day trial and not a day trial, so her complaint is incorrect in that she states she only had days to cancel, but she actually had days to cancel See below emails between the customer and our customer service dept When we responded to the customer this morning, we advised her of the above and also asked her to cancel her complaint with your offices.Sincerely,Natalie Q***Mentor Financial Group LLC

Our Customer Service Department replied to Ms [redacted] 's emails on April 19, May and May 8, and to date we have not received any responses to our replies? Our Customer Service Department did try to reach Ms [redacted] by telephone on May 8, 2016, but had to leave a voicemail messageTo date, we have not heard back from Ms [redacted] .? We have issued a refund of Ms [redacted] 's $1,program payment today and it may take up to business days for it to appear on her credit card.? ?

This customer purchased one of our programs on June 22, in the amount of $1, In this particular program, our customer looks for lots for sale, inputs the information into our system and our deal review team reviews the information to see if it meets our criteria, which is noted in our
program This customer's deal was determined to not meet our criteria by our Deal Review Team and this customer was advised as to why it didn't meet our criteria This customer was not happy with our Deal Review Team's final decision on this deal and contacted our Customer Service Deptto advise of same Our Customer Service Department and one of our Deal Review Team members responded to this customer's concerns on the same date he contacted us and explained why the deal would not be accepted This customer never requested a refund of his $1,(pursuant to the attached emails) until he filed this Complaint with your office We have refunded this customer's $1,today (see attached refund receipts) and cancelled his program. Mr*** ordered our program on March 3, in the amount of $*** This program offered a conditional day money back guarantee which is talked about in the webinar he participated in, also on the order page when he ordered the program, and in the terms and conditions he had to agree
to prior to being able to enter into the website Mr*** had submitted several ticket emails with questions and all of them were answered Our customer service department helped Mr*** with all of his program questions At the time of his request for a refund, he was advised again what the conditional day refund policy was at the time he purchased our program He is disputing that he was advised of the conditions of the refund, which again was talked about on the webinar he participated in, on the order form he filled out with all of his information to purchase, and also in the terms and conditions he had to agree to prior to entering into the website See attached documents clearly showing our refund policy in the webinar, on the order page and in our terms and conditions upon entering website.We have processed a refund for Mr*** in the amount of $*** and have cancelled his account.Natalie Q***Mentor Financial Group LLC

have an additional 3 days to cancel and receive a refund for her Cash Buyer Magnet Program.  Customer is incorrect stating that she only had 3 days to cancel the 15 day trial.  Customer sent us a request to cancel on 4/26/2016 and then again on 4/28/2016 stating that if we did not contact her by tomorrow (4/29/2016 - today's date) that she would contact the Revdex.com.  We contacted the customer today, 4/29/2016 and advised her that we cancelled her 15 day Flipster Trial and refunded her $97 for her Cash Buyer Magnet Program.  We also advised her that it is a 15 day trial and not a 3 day trial, so her complaint is incorrect in that she states she only had 3 days to cancel, but she actually had 15 days to cancel.   See below emails between the customer and our customer service dept.  When we responded to the customer this morning, we advised her of the above and also asked her to cancel her complaint with your offices.Sincerely,Natalie Q[redacted]Mentor Financial Group LLC
