Perhaps Mr *** has simply forgotten, but our company contacted him on April to discuss our services and its associated cost, all of which Mr ***
approved
Then, on June 1, we received this email from Mr ***:
"I do recognize your company name and do not understand what I am being billed forUntil I understand, I am not paying for it."
Upon receipt of that message, we immediately tried to call Mr *** to discuss the matter but were greeted by a voice mail on which we left a message asking Mr *** to call us backIn fact, we left more messages for Mr ***, who didin't bother to call us back once
Finally, on June 23, we emailed this letter to Mr ***:
Mr ***
You sent us a message asking us to explain this invoice to you, but we've called your office several times to do just that; each time we end up having to leave a voice mail message which you don't return
Please note that we have you on record as having approved our service in questionYou were even quoted the price, twiceWe ask that you either call us back to discuss your account, or pay the invoice as per our mutual agreement

The day after, on June 24, Mr *** responded with another email:

Again, we left a message on Mr ***'s voice mail and again he didn't bother to call us backBut he did think we deserved to be reported on to the Revdex.com, despite not only having agreed to the order in question, but also having not once tried to resolve this matter with us directly
We have, of course, as we would have much sooner had Mr *** not ignored our calls, credited our invoice #*** in fullWe trust this meets with his approval and we wish him a nice day
