The action was initiated with the hope that the dealership would see the incident from the perspective of the consumer While the dealership may feel that this was an action purely for financial opportunity it was notThis was more a matter of consumer advocacy and principle The ultimate objective was to hope to facilitate a change in policy and practice Had the initial communication of this incident been met with more an approach of appreciation for a genuine differing perspective this could have most likely been avoidedThat being said, given the dealership has now identified they will improve the process wth the service advisors - we can consider the matter closedTo reinforce that this action was not motivated purely for financial gain - the monetary credit offer will not be necessary

We disagree with the customers observation that we have made his point. Furthermore, the customer who is complaining is not the one who signed the R.Oand paid for the transaction at time of pick up. We would think the Revdex.com would look at the attachments provided and close this case. We think this is a miscommunication between the customer who complained to the Revdex.com and the person who picked it up. Asking for $in settlement is being very unreasonable especially when it's not about the monetary value but the process we have in our service department as stated in the previous details. However, to put this to bed and give the customer what he wants, we will update our process at the service counter and review with all service advisors. Along with a $service credit paid by check, we are hoping that this will be put to bed. Please be advised that this is our final offer to the customer. If the Revdex.com feels that we are being unreasonable and would like to tarnish our Revdex.com reputation by posting this on our site, we feel that consumers that read this complaint will understand that we did everything to resolve this complaint and that the customer is being very unreasonable. We are extremely disappointed with this complaint. The Revdex.com should take into account our past track record and reputation. Having an A+ rating, the Revdex.com should realize that we take what they do very seriously. And sometimes it's up to the Revdex.com to see when a consumer is being an opportunist. Not that we feel the customer is in this case. However, the $request and asking for acknowledgement that we did something wrong is hypocritical

Mr*** purchased his vehicle and it required additional repairs as a condition of saleWe performed one of the repairs after the sale as we did not have all the necessary parts in stockShortly after Mr***'s purchase he contacted us complaining that he could not start his vehicleHe
demanded that his vehicle be towed to the dealership and not be charged any additional amountWe asked Mr*** to attempt to jump-start his vehicle he refused to even try and became argumentativeWe tried to explain that it may have been something as simple as an improperly shutting door, or perhaps an interior light inadvertently left on... as we had not had experienced any issues while the vehicle was here....and Mr*** had also driven the vehicle a few times before experiencing any starting problem. He was completely uncooperativeWe attempted to explain that if it was something very minor we would attempt to help out but that there may be some charges he too would possibly be responsible for...and we still extend that offerMr*** purchased the vehicle with no warranty
