This company installed the cheapest materials They could find and inflated the price about 150% . Example toliet paper holder cost 7 dollars charged 125. Lied through out the process of renovation. Paid 200,000 for renovation to a 2 bedroom condo. Had someone appraise the work he estimated the renovation at no more than 82,000 with parts and labor. 1 1/2 later everything is breaking down. The sinks the cheap toliet that I found for 80 dollars he charged 500. Installed all IKEA furniture. Also found electrical problems hidden mistake inside the closets. Left dangerous wiring in closet. Sent one worker for the first two weeks. Projected finish date for months this took a whole year meanwhile he went on vacation during this process. Sick for a week at a time. Vacation was taken after one of the payment. Untrustworthy I have all corresponding emails to prove this. Also very unprofessional screamed at my wife and had to have him escorted out of building. All my applicable that We paid for a 5 year warranty called [redacted] and fouls out he put all my appliances under his name and the warrantees were only for one year he said this was common that people would ask him to put their appliances under his name which I find ridiculous why would I want my appliances on their Mentors name .Beware when hiring this company this man has no conscience
