Yes the advertiser did place an ad in When the restaurants new contract came due we then contacted the advertiser to see if they wanted to renew their ad She would have spoke to the sales rep and then we have supervisor to call back and verify the information We then would have sent an invoice out and then once it got to the color proof department we then sent out another invoice along with the color proof of their ad We never had any of the mail returned to sender saying it couldn't delivered We have sent numerous invoices and did not ever hear that they did not place an ad The menus were in fact printed and their ad was placed on the menu We never received payment for their ad that they agreed to purchase and did receive, however we have cancelled out the invoice considering it is so old and they refuse to pay

time to verify she had agreed to purchase the 2" x 2.5" ad for the one time fee of $and verified all billing information so the invoice could be mailed to ***The invoice was mailed out that dayThen we sent out a color proof of the ad for *** to review for changes on November 19, *** never contacted us with changes and as the color proof stated, if we did not hear back, the ad would print as followed and was printed on December 10, After multiple past due invoices were sent, we were contact by *** on March 9, He stated his mother (***) never placed this adOur Sales Floor Supervisor explained to *** the process of how we do businessExplained how a second call was made to confirm the order*** then accused us of taking advantage of his elderly motherAt that point *** asked *** to have *** call us as she is the contact person on the account and the one who placed the ad*** called back and *** explained to her the process*** acknowledged the whole situation and *** settled her account in full with one time payment of $20.00, after a $discount was applied, on March 9, The payment was processed on March 15, and a paid invoice marked DO NOT CALL in the terms was mailed out to ***I am unsure why ***, the son of ***, opened up this complaint when his mother, who's account this is, settled the account on the same day the complaint was made.:XXXXXX.pdf:
