I purchased menu and I was charged a full price without see the proof I was charged additional time for the amount of $of the total $and I made a block payment, I already paid in full my menu the amount I canceled the order because they war going keep taking money out of my account without any authorization and without providing service I called them and spoke to André and Richard and they told me that will send the check back to me and has been day and not received no check there phone number is ###-###-#### ###-###-####

I was working directly with the sales manager David, as the operator on the number could not answer any of my questions due to lack of knowledge David gave me a quote for and menus respectively and rather quickly I might add for the quote We had agreed on a $deposit to get the design work done and to the proofing processHe took my credit card information and promptly process the $ Several days ago I got another receipt from the same company with a credit card that had been keyed in to a credit card machine manuallyThe amount of $which was the remaining balance for the printing job that had not even gone to design yet and had not been approved common or completedAnd there was no authorization for this second transaction! I have reached out to them in several different ways including several emails to David, phone calls directly to the Warminster office where I was forwarded to a voicemail for somebody who has not replied to my phone c

I placed a order to have menus printed that started on Jan 9th I made my deposit it took several weeks to get the sample of the menu to proof read and give ok to print the balance of the payment was paid received a email that the menus would take 7-days to be ready that time has passed I keep calling getting leaving messages for someone named Bob to call me back and never get the return call back now I cannot get anyone one the phone

I have placed an thousand menus from *** *** *** on February of paid for it for dollars by check They did not want to take credit card.Now I know WHYmonths ago I place this order and I try to get a hold of anybody that can help me to get these menus from this people, I could not get anybody to answer my calls or get a email from them, try several times and no one responded.So now today is Nov , someone name Bob B*** called and said I have your menus ready at the warehouse.All this months gone,he calls now and tells me menus are ready, because I did not believed him, I had him send me picture So he did send the picture with my menus on this pallet sitting in his warehouse.When I ask him what can he do to resolve this months of being late , he said he can do for the cost of the menus for dollars,make a new onesI said no , How can some one do business like this , months later menus are readyi changed my menus times in

One month ago today 4/30/2018, our credit card was charged for the production of 25,menus for our small businessWe received an email dated 4/19/stating that our menus were mailedOn 4/23/I emailed our contact at MenusforLess to inform them that we have yet to receive the menus and asked for a tracking number for the deliveryAfter speaking with a woman named Donna as well as a woman named Bridget, we were informed that our menus were not even printed yet and, since we were passed the week receiving time frame that we would be mailed menus that we should receive Saturday 4/28/When we did not receive them, I called and left a message for Donna, and spoke to BridgetBridget informed me that our menus STILL were not printed Our credit card has been charged a month ago for services that we have not received
