Review: Hello! My best friend is getting married and she has 5 bridesmaids, we decided to go to NYC to find our dresses since she wants a specific color and style and we knew our chances were better to find them in NYC. We came across this store which did not have what we wanted on display. As we were walking out a man in the store tells us that he has books we can look at to see if we liked anything. To our surprise we find the similar dress and color (the brand was Jovani) which we had never heard of at that moment. I walk with him to the computer to see what the dress looks like in the color we want and it was perfect. Three out of the five girls purchased the dress that Sunday 8/*/15. On Thursday 8/* the dresses were picked up and they were not at all what we purchased. Color, fabric or brand. He sold us a really bad imitation of what we wanted. On Friday 8/* we decided to do some research and called about 4 different stores that carry that dress. We found that the dress is on back order & the cost of the dress is around $500 and we paid $325 for 3 dresses which all the stores stated there is no way he could of sold us that dress at that price and had it for us so fast. To make matters worst the dress changes colors depending on lighting or the phone you have, it goes from coral to bubble gum pink not the FUCHSIA we ordered. So that Friday we figured it was best to go speak to him and see what our options were. His solution was that he was going to call Jovani(dress brand) to have them dye the dresses which to me is ridiculous because if we have prove that Jovani carries that dress in fuchsia why would they dye it why not just exchange for the color we asked for, or for us to select another dress which is not what the bride wants. His other option was to call China and order from them when we know the dress comes from Italy. He just keeps going around the issue which is he sold us a FAKE dress. He also very rude, disrespectful and demeaning towards females and refused to give us his name. He didn't even want to discuss the option of giving us our money back even after he admitted the dress is not what we thought we purchased. The girls left the dresses and he gave them a store credit which he suggested that we come back in January for the new collection. As the girls were leaving one of his own employees followed them outside and told them its not the first time it happens. But at this point the customer service and trust has been tainted and we do not wish to do business with him. We need our dresses ASAP since we are running out of time and we do not trust him to then have another issue come January. Please help us find the best solution and prevent this from happening to someone else.Desired Settlement: The only options I have for him is give us exactly what we thought we were purchasing which is fuchsia Jovani dress or our money back. Thank you.

Review: I ordered a dress based on the company's measurements and it was 3 sizes to big. I sent an email asking to exchange the dress they said no. I did a dispute with my bank, they stated I could not have the dress and the money, so I mailed the dress back to them from Afghanistan on 7/**/2013. I have not received a refund. I sent an email requesting them to return the dress if they were not going to refund the money. If they had stated this in the correspondence to Bank of America, I would not have sent the dress back.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my $460.00 refunded or the dress returned back to me.

Review: I ordered a Jovanni Dress # 71564 Prom Dress for my daughter from Menz Fashion on [redacted]. When my daughter went to pick up the dress it was not a Jovanni Dress#71564 dress. It was a a fake remake of the dress. . We asked for a refund and they refused. We contacted Chase Bank regarding the situation and they contacted the merchant who lied and said we took the dress. I have the receipts and letters that I sent to Chase Bank. We have tried to get a refund but have not been successful . We had to purchased the Jovanni Dress # 71564 from Estells, in Farmingdale NY. To date no one has refunded me my $ 200,00 .
