Upon reviewing Ms. M[redacted]’s complaint I would like to express we do regret the disturbance caused to Ms. M[redacted] and not being able to assist her sooner to resolve this matter. I will make every effort to meet Ms. M[redacted]’s desired resolution. The following are the steps I will follow: I will contact Lab Corp requesting the charges for Ms. M[redacted] be billed to Clinicas del Camino Real.Upon the response from Lab Corp our internal billing department will be notified we will be taking responsibility for the charges billed to Ms. M[redacted].I will submit a final response to Ms. M[redacted] once all of these steps have taken place so that I can provide a concrete response. We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention and allowing us to investigate and provide a response. I regret your concern not being attended to during the transition of management at the Ventura Health Center.
