On October 14, we agreed on a price and completion time for a custom farm table A contract was signed by both parties and a cash deposit for more than half the price of the product was given in good faith that services would be completed by October (days to build table and deliver)
After numerous phone calls and text messages Paul failed to deliver per contract, therefore I request a full refund of the deposit amount of $to be sent to the address above in certified bank check no later than December 9,
