My party and I had crappy service on a Friday night and this half filled bar. Our waitress was missing half the night either flirting with the two guys in the corner or just completely missing. Half our drinks we had to go to the bar and get by ourselves. Also when we ordered a double she didn't even know what that meant. Then towards the end of the night as we are finishing our last drink getting ready to leave she rudely comes and takes the only form of lighting from our table. Two tea light candles. We paid for our drinks but one which was ordered after the bill was paid. So as we sat there in the dark my husband was trying to pay his bill for the drink. He was so mad with the service he wrote on the receipt maybe if you didn't take the candles away I could see what in writing and left .99 cent for a tip for a 20 dollar drink. If it were me I wouldn't have left her a penny. We we leave to go to our cars when suddenly we hear " yo! What the hell is this??" We turn around and the supposed bar manager is mad about the tip and note. And he comes out with other employees. He comes out angry so of course we tell them how lousy of service they gave and they're yelling at us that we are rude and cheap. I ask for the bar guys name and he wouldn't give it to me so I said hey I'm gonna contact your Owner about this. Then this heavy set Lady comes out saying she's he general manager and she starts talking smack! Are you kidding me!! What kind of management allows there employees to yell at customers and come out looking for a fight. If I didn't pull my husband away I am sure it would have got physical. Then as we leave they start yelling profanities calling us broke and cheap and saying by husbands Rolex was the cheapest watch they've ever seen. Lol. Okay. It's a nice bar but pretty empty for a Friday night. Now I see why. Their employees are literally driving customers away. We were a group of 8 and our bill was a few hundred. Definitely not coming back. I own businesses as well and I would never let my employees talk to my customers that way. Trying to reach out to the owner to let him know what the mice are doing while the cats away. If he even cares.
