*** *** came into the Gallery and purchased a lovely framed and matted piece of art from one of our local artist for the price of $and was later upset that it was not a originalShe email us on Aug the next day to let us know that she was unhappy regarding the purchase but
would keep the artAs the owner of the Galley I paid the Artist for that purchase. Then on August we received another email from *** *** saying that she changed her mind regarding the lovely framed and matted piece of art that she purchased for and would like for us to mail her a box so she could return the art and would like a full refundBefore *** came to the Gallery she call times, and when I ask her to call so we could resolve the matter she stated she did not have long distant so I called her to let her know that I had already paid the artist and had she decided to return Aug maybe we could have refundShe said okay she would donate it and that was it.Because of the peculiar behavior of *** *** during the purchase and the behavior after the purchase the artist is afraid and would like no farther correspond from this customer as do I.WE REFUNDED HER FULLY AND TOLD HER TO ALSO KEPT THE ART.The Artist felt like the customer know that the cost to box up a box to mail back the art would cost to much so we told her to keep it. So *** *** now as the Art and a Full refund
