For approximately years it's been one issue after another with mercantile bank of Quincy IllinoisA $125deposit recorded as $: $as $wrote personal check for $received $: checks printed incorrectly: son wrote us a check on mercantile Bank his account we had to supply bday sis number just to get check cashed and we had account with bank Absolutely most careless indifferent attitudes by employeesWas told by Jane *** only issues placed in writing are taken under advisementShe provided envelope with president mark *** name to return written issues I provided all issues and mistakesHe in turn having not one time discussed any issues with us called at 7:am to tell my husband HE was closing our account with mercantile bankMy grandparents(charter members) parents , us and our children all have been mercantile bank customers over yearsAbsolutely no loyalty or consideration to usAgain mark *** president not one time talked to us concerning his employees mistakes or issuesExtremely disappointing and no loyalty to customersTheir motto "we take pride in providing for our customers" WRONG!!!!

does concur that a 2006 Ford 500 VIN ending in 5823 was not held as collateral. Collateral for this loan is a 2010 Ford Truck Escape VIN ending in 2431. The loan that was secured by the 2010 Ford Escape as noted in the November 4th letter received 24 payments, was repossessed and sold. The outstanding principal balance of $5,565.46 is still due plus dialing interest and late charges.
