*** received copies of everything she signedMerced Chevrolet does not know why Ms*** has remorse five months after her purchaseHowever, the contract executed by Ms*** on 09/11/reflects what both parties agreed to on 09/11/

I do not have remorse for the vehicle, hence the reason why I am not asking to undo the dealI'm just asking for the numbers to be rectifiedIt took me a few month's to get around to reconcile the balance owed to realize something was wrong, which in case is when I discovered they switched the numbersLast time I checked their is not a statue of limitations to discover someone deliberated executing documentsPeople do not generally look for thatIt also seems very strange, that not one person from the dealership has even tried to contact me regarding this complaintNo effort what so ever just a generalized statement does not rectify this matter whatsoever

First of all, I did not meet face to face with *** ***; only *** for a total of minutes before he literally kicked me out of the dealership for stating they changed the numbers on meHe did not show me copies that matched mine that is incorrectThe four square copy I signed stated I will get $3,for my trade-inI would not have done the deal*** showed me an altered photo copy reflecting the changed numbersYes my sister has been a manager there for years, which is why I can't believe you would have the audacity to do this to meThere was no VIP treatment whatsoeverPlease tell me, what did you do for me that you do not do for other customers? What was so VIP? I also have a witness to our agreement that was present at the deal and knows what numbers were agreed toYou have not contacted me to resolve this situation since I have filed a claim, you have just tried to come up with a story to file a reply with the Revdex.com, and that is not going to workYou cannot change the numbers that people agree on and then change your documentation to back it up and think people will be okay with itI am not going to let this go, so instead of coming up with excuse I advise you come up with a real solution to this matter

I cannot open the attached fileIt says that the file is damagedThe extended warranty that we bought didn't cover itThey said that it's voided out because of the lift kit that was put itwhen you said that 'dealer will pay 50% of the parts of the covered system' are you talking about from the whole amount that the truck is being fixed at? Because it has more damaged than we have anticipated

Attached is front and back of "Buyers Guide". Buyers Guide shows a "Limited Powertrain Warranty" for a duration of 3 months or 3,000 miles where dealer will pay 50% of the parts for the covered system.
However, if there had been a powertrain failure of a covered system,...

the extended service contract that was purchased would have provided more coverage than the Buyers Guided limited powertrain warranty. (Case #8[redacted]9.pdf)
