As far as the mailer goes, we follow our dealership protocol when it comes to showing rules and regulations when we do have winners, sorry you don't agree with our sales events and we are a local dealer who invites all questions and concerns and will take heed for future eventsAs far as removing yourself from any mailing list, which is public record, and can look up the national registry in your area for a do not call, or do not mail listing with instructions on how to be removed from future solicitationThank you once again for your feed back
The flyer that was mailed to the complainant, as she states, has a copy that reads verbatim "Scratch Match & Win! Match 3 symbols in a row and you win 1 of 5 great prizes!" next to that disclaimer you will also see another box that reads verbatim "bring your winning invitation with valid photo...
id and prize number directly to the dealership to see what you have won!!!" and the prize number is listed about this disclosure, which both of these disclaimers are bold and clearly legible. Also prizes were match by the "prize number as that is labeled above these disclaimers, and as she states she kept a copy of this she can confirm this as well. Any other concerns can be addressed to me directly as I address all dealership concerns and address with the owner directly. Thank you....
