We regret the client's decision to not return to the dealership for a potential remedy to this concern.Our doors remain open to the client, but would add that our sister MB location in Houston, MB of Houston North, would also be willing to take a look and provide assistance as well. From: *** *** ***] Sent: Monday, April 13, 1:PM To: drteam Subject: RE: *** Good afternoon, Unfortunately I never received this email and have checked 'trash', 'junk' and deleted foldersI would have not accepted this explanation from the company as resolution for this complaintThis is the reasoning; Firstly, I have a voice recording of the sales person *** *** advising he at no time submitted a credit application, was fully aware I was paying cash and that his information was forwarded to his manager.Secondly, after plus phone calls to resolve this matter with the upper management of the dealership to no avail, I visited the dealershipI was advised the same, that I'd signed paperwork for credit application, however I have my 'sales menu' copy and it states cash in large letters written by the sales person *** ***I advised I'd close the complaint if they could furnish paperwork for a credit application with my signature on itI was advised the only way I'd obtain either a copy or be able to visibly see it would be via a subpoena. I find it hard to believe that a company, looking to resolve a complaint would refuse to offer evidence supporting their position. Furthermore, when *** *** was approached initially he was utmost apologetic and offered to write a letter of apology and a letter on headed paper to the credit agencies advising that the 'hard' credit checks were not authorised. At this time, Revdex.com seem to be taking the side of the company with no proof what so everIn addition, have not ensured both parties were fairly represented.*** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***

I cannot trust Mercedes Greenway after their lies to avoid responsibility for bad bad workmanship. I will provided copies of their missed diagnostics and their bad work.I have made contact with a regulating Agency, who regulates the dealerships, and will try to get a resolution, The Revdex.com will be kept informed.I do  not want Mercedes Houston to work on my car ever again. It is not true that I have discussed with Mercedes of Houston Greenway many many times the situation with my car.I would only accept a voucher for the work they would intend to do, so I can get my car fixed somewhere else.  Please, keep my complaint on the record so it will help others in the future.I will send my work history with Mercedes-Greenway, but will never let then work on my car again. These repair shop has lied on their Invoce, and I will show you that.Thanks for your mediation thus far, and expect to receive more proof of my allegations soon.Regards, [redacted]

This client and I have had many, many conversations.
His vehicle still has suspension issues, but we maintain that the work performed so far was required.

After the last repair, which was June of this year, Mr. [redacted] indicated to me that the suspension was still not right.
He also contacted...

his credit card company and attempted to stop payment, but we were paid in the end.

Mr. [redacted] has had 2 subsequent appointments for us to inspect the suspension, but he has not shown for either.
