I take my car for servicing at this dealerI started to receive a phone call and letters a offering to buy my car and for me to buy a new one from themI called the dealer twice to ask that I be removed from their mailing-list and the receptionist stated that they do not have my info on file and that my contact info must have come from the "service department side"I was transferred to the person in charge to leave a voice-mail but did not get a call-back to explain how my information was shared and to whom, and whether my information was provided to a 3rd party for marketingI did not get a call-backI called again a few days and again was told they did not know how my information was provided and offered to leave a voice mail againI called third time and was transferred to the Sales Department, and again he told me my information was not in their "system" but could not explain to me why and how I was receiving phone calls and let
This dealership is the absolutely worst I have ever dealt with, and please let me explainI leased a *** one month agoThe car was a demo with 5000KM and no visible wear in the showroomAfter I picked the car up my daughter hopped in the backseatThat is when I saw to my horror two large box cutter gauges on the backside of either seatI immediately called the dealership and asked if anyone had cleaned the car before it was given to meI was told that the car had been thoroughly detailedThen I asked if it had been detailed how could you miss the huge gauges on the back of the seats? I was told to bring the car in because they had a guy who could fill in the cuts I brought the car in and they gave me a very uncomfortable *** to drive while they were fixing itI picked up the car and I could still see an indentation where one of the cuts had beenAt that moment I pulled down the vanity mirror for some reason and noticed there was sneeze all over itI realized that the car had never been detailed at allSo I called Mercedes Canada and complainedI said the seats should have been replaced not puttied, and the car should have been detailedOne month later the seats were replaced and the inside, not outside cleanedI noticed that there are tiny scratches all over the driver side of the car, they wouldn't buff them out without a fight I am sure and I am done dealing with them*** *** *** I feel as Mercedes London has treated me like I bought a $*** If you are going to pay all that money for a car wouldn't you want to be treated like you paid a whole lot of money for a car? *** *** Stay away from Mercedes London unless you like being treated like everyone else
