We are happy to report we were able to exchange guest's Sprinter Van
for one that accommodates his needs. Mercedes Benz Financial Services
was extremely cooperative in replacing the collateral in his security
agreement. General Manager has since spoken with guest and he feels as if his...


complaint has been completely resolved. He has positive and favorable
Yelp review and we have a good and open relationship. General Manager would like to
thank guest for his business and with his efforts while working our
way through this situation.

Mercedes of El Cajon

They have the worst customer service I have ever seen at any car dealer at their parts department.I have waited for almost 45 minutes at the counter while the workers are trying to look for a simple set of spark plug wires for my car,and I ended up leaving without been served,cause they could not locate the part on their computer.I would not recommend any one going to this dealer.

Review: I purchased a 2013 Mercedes Benz C250 car from the dealership. The salesman, Ray Cordero, represented that if I financed the purchase through Mercedes Benz, the dealership would pay the first month's loan payment plus the first two maintenance services on the vehicle. After the sale closed, the dealership refused to honor the agreement, and attempted to get out of the agreement by saying the agreement only applied to certified pre-owned vehicles. This is not true because the only car I ever considered, test drove, and discussed with the dealership was the used but not certified car I bought. The terms above were specifically offered to me with respect to the car I bought.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealership to honor the terms of the agreement and pay for the first month's loan payment and the first two maintenance services for the vehicle.

Review: I purchased a $47.4K Mercedes Sprinter that was too large for using within my business. I contacted my dealers within 24-48 hours of purchasing, to exchange for a smaller vehicle. This dealership basically stalled me while the paperwork from financing/bank went through. I've spoken to many Mercedes dealerships and they've told me that this was very wrong for the dealership to treat a customer this way. Their very own corporate guys said this was wrong as well!!!Desired Settlement: Resolve the problem.
