This letter is in response to your letter of March 1, regarding a bed cover installed on [redacted] truck.Bill Collins Ford did have an outside supplier to install this bed liner thru [redacted] [redacted] We have spoken with the owner of [redacted] and he has stated he could not cover this damage since MrReed drove his truck without locking down the bed cover on the expressway.Since this occurred then there is no coverage on this damage by either [redacted] The bed cover must be locked and secured while being driven.If you need to speak to [redacted] Sincerely,L [redacted]

We are sorry for any inconvenience that Mr [redacted] has had regarding his purchase of his Fusion.We are sending Mr [redacted] a check in the amount of $covering the expenses he incurred at [redacted] to correct the engine light problem.See attachment

He came into the dealership and traded in his Honda Accord and signed for a lease on a Mercedes-Benz GLCon 6/10/this car has a MSRP of $46,He then came back 6/18/and traded in the GLC for a Cwith an MSRP of $49,and proceeded to do another lease on that car The lease agreement is binding and it is through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services who now owns that lease agreement and its termsIf Mr [redacted] wants to “pay off” his existing lease and get the title he must pay off the balance owed to Mercedes-Benz Financial ServicesMr [redacted] filled out and signed credit applications, lease paperwork and knew exactly what he was signing for; twiceIn no way did we “swindle” Mr [redacted] We will not agree to Mr [redacted] ’s settlement request

I am rejecting this response because:
I never wanted the GLC because they did not live up to there end of the deal which was to switch the wheelsIf they weren't going to do that, then I never wanted it, the gave me a loaner car for days while they supposedly changed them, when I got it back they had merely spray painted them black, outrageous! So I asked how much to put me in the C300, they told me moreI gave them a check and drove off, at no time did I ever think I was signing a month lease, I was under the impression that I was paying off all but the last few payments to build my credit, there was no meeting of the minds and I will be contacting an attorney, I'm not giving them for a C class

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThis is totally incorrect, Bill Collins is assuming that *** * caused this damage The BRAND NEW RIM was put on by *** * days before I had any work done at BIll CollinsThis car was detailed by me the day before I went to BC FordYes the tire was put on backwards, yes I damaged the tire sensor due with the Fix O Flat, but the rim was not damaged until I left Bill CollinsThey had my tire off twice that day is what they are not saying, which is why we were there over hoursThe backwards tire, and the sensor have absolutely nothing to do with the scratches on the rim, also the scratches are right by the valve stem where the sensor was replaced AT BILL COLLINS FORDStand up be accountable for you actionHorrible Customer experience, and my Rim is still not fixed I just called last week and talked to *** in service

We had Mr, [redacted] come to our dealership to fix a problem with his vehicle that Bill Collins did not cause. Mr. [redacted] had voiced his concerns about his service here in his letter. After reading his letter and with consideration believe have Some answers for those concerns he mentioned in his...

letter.1, Big O-Tire Co. worked on his tires before we did.2. They installed the tires backwards, which means whoever did the work did not know what they were doing,3. They also broke the tire sensor inside the wheel. 4. They had the tire off at least twice.The customer immediately pointed out the small scratches on the wheel right after the repair, I'd like to point out that tech 327, [redacted], has a brand new alignment rack and a new tire mounter. With that being said [redacted] has not scratched one wheel thus far, So in the past 211 days, averaging 10 sets of tires with at least 40 tires a week he has not damaged one.This is a painted wheel that I offered to have refinished, will be more than happy to pay 50% for a new wheel if [redacted] Tire agrees to pay the other 50% of the coast, which would cost about $200,00 to refinish. I feel this is more than a fair offering. Mercedes-Benz of Fresno had no intent whatsoever in misleading the customer. The picture of the vehicle online was posted by a vendor cars.com
In any case we stand behind our stores integrity and we will send the customer a check for $300 which...

is the difference in value between the 2 moon roofs and we will also send the customer a keyless go button. We remove them from the cars on the lot so they will not be lost or stolen. This should now settle this inquiry with our customer to his satisfaction.
