Review: I leased a 2013 automobile from mercedes benz of new rochelle. With in 2 months the car has been serviced 3 times. I try to approach the building manager about the problems, and the manager starts treating me as if we were still in slavery days and I have no reason to speak to him. He was rude to my mother and I and didnt seem to care About any of my problems with the car. I felt very disrespected. The manager tells me he decides who talks to him in his office when he feels like it. Last time I checked the customer is always correct. The car stopped on the highway 3 times while I was driving it. The amps go to high when it wants To switch gears and the car has a funny smell.Desired Settlement: I would like a full apology from mercedes benz in written form. I also dont think a person who is rasicts should be running the whole building. I would like a car that is not a lemon And a car that doesnt need to go to the shop every week

Review: Transmission failure on my car. I bought an extra warranty and now they are saying that is not cover for because I haven't done the service to it. I haven't had a lot of bad situation with New Rochelle Mercedes-Benz in the past. But always is being resolved. Now they want to get away with that.Desired Settlement: I need them to fix my transmission right away. Because the car is my tool of work and everyday I'm losing money. It's been a week since I left it there.

Review: My car would not start so I asked a mechanic to jump start the car then I drove it to a parking lot where the mechanic parked his vehicle then drove my car to the dealer for servicing, to check battery and fix inner rear view mirror, car was driven a few feet by service rep. in service area about 10 minutes after we got to the service area we left the car in the service and went to the sign in area by the time the service advisor offed a seat I was told that they had a problem getting the car from park to drive I told them I never has that problem with the mechanic present. approx.2 hrs later they called me and told me the shifter was broken, it was cut into and the gasket cover was leaking, I told the service advisor not to do any work on the vehicle until I saw it , when I went to see the vehicle the shifter was already replaced with the shifter shaking, I asked why the rep. said he was ordered to replace the shifter ,I told him to replace the gasket cover when I went to pick up the car all the lights inside and outside the car could not be turned off and the rep handed me the key and told me to take the car and gave me the invoice. When I read the invoice the invoice stated that multipoint inspection was done but the result showed no indication that the gasket cover was leaking and instead the invoice showed that it was noted in shop, the invoice also stated that customer states she had problems putting car in park when they were the ones who told me they had a problem putting the car in drive I asked the service advisor 'how could you write that when you were the one who told me' she told me she could not change it then she corrected it and wrote as noted in shop, I left the car then was later told the panic button was broken. I went to pick up the car a second time the trunk could not be opened with the remote when I checked it on the right side the trunk was sticking up, they said they had nothing to do with it, the battery is in the trunk and the parts they replaced were in the trunk but was told they did not touch the trunk then one of their reps. came and fixed the part of the trunk that was sticking out. Now I am left with a shifter with a shaking shifter and on the invoice they state that the shifter is in place firmly assigned and functioning as designed one of the little covers on the lower left below the driver door is missing and they do not want to take the responsibility for it. please note the the company is now at [redacted]Desired Settlement: I will be compensated for my car protective cover, reimbursed for the cost of the shifter and the gasket covers.
