The vehicle was sold at a very fair used ‘as-is’ market value. It is unfortunate that there is an oil leak on the vehicle. Unfortunately with used vehicles any number of issues can arise unexpectedly at any time. The dealership safety inspected the vehicle prior to sale and did not notice the oil...

leak at that time. The tires measured above the wear bars. The dealership offered to sell warranty with the vehicle at the time of sale, the warranty was declined by the buyer. The dealership allows and encourages third party inspections prior to finalizing the sale. The dealership has tried to address this with reasonable solution. We have offered free used tires and discounted labor to repair the oil leak. The vehicle in question has over 70k miles on it, has been driven by the new owner approximately 5k miles since purchase and was sold ‘as-is’ Mercedes-Benz of Littleton sincerely wants to resolve these matters amicably and reasonably. We understand the cliebts frustration about these issues but the expectation that the dealership pay for everything is unreasonable. Used vehicles out of warranty can have issues arise at anytime. Further issues and wear and tear may surface unexpectedly at any moment. We are happy to further discuss other solutions to address these concerns.

configuration. The client never specified they needed ‘LED’ headlights when purchasing the vehicle. We are sorry the client does not like the headlights and as such we changed the bulbs to a brighter bulb at no charge. We are willing to assist with a further solution and want the client to be satisfied. Unfortunately the client is acting very aggressively toward employees. We will reach out further to resolve this amicably but the client needs to be respectful to the staff and reasonable to the solution. We sincerely want every client to be satisfied and happy with their vehicle and the dealership. We will try and resolve this issue to the clients benefit.
