Review: Every time I have taken my Mercedes in for service, something else goes wrong, or their work goes bad. They installed some hoses as a 3rd party for a body shop, and the hoses were not installed properly. The hoses were slowly cut into by the belt; the alternator and everything else in the vehicle was soaked for a couple weeks with radiator fluid, until finally it was cut so bad that during certain temperatures the fluid would drain out excessively. They finally admitted to their mistake, and replaced the hose, but did not replace the belt which had been slipping excessively due to the oily fluid (possibly causing the belt to fail prematurely, was a brand new OEM belt installed at the same time). My belt came off 2000 miles or so later. They refused to take responsibility. When I took it in, I found that my trunk area with electronic equipment was covered in an inch of water. Instead of trying to find out that the water was coming from a manufacturing defect, the manager pulled out his cell phone and took pictures, told me he would contact warranty not to repair my car because water was soaking my electronics **( WATER HAD BEEN SOAKING AROUND HERE SINCE I HAD THE VEHICLE AND APPARENTLY MERCEDES BENZ KNEW ABOUT THIS ISSUE ACCORDING TO COURT AFFIDAVITS FILED IN LOS ANGELES AGAINST MERCEDES BENZ RE SIMILAR VEHICLE) On top of this, I found extra scratches and a broken bumper which had just been repaired (at the same time of the hose repair) I feel this company discriminated against me on multiple occasions possibly due to my race.Desired Settlement: Replace my front bumper. Install the correct seal for rainwater/carwash water NOT to enter the vehicle (which I temporarily repaired with silicon once I diagnosed the issue using the internet as a guide and a water hose as my instrument). Replace any electrical equipment that was damaged with water entering the vehicle. Replace the alternator which was soaked for extended period with antifreeze.
