Mercedes-Benz of Northlake

I am the owner of a 550 S-Class 2015 Mercedes. As I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership I use its service department as needed since it's convenient. The customer service is extremely poor at this dealership. I have been told this by Mercedes owners and it is true. Due to a medical condition I have to have a procedure the same day my car is scheduled for a specific service. As always, this dealership can't provide me a loaner car; this is a frequent event each time my car has to be worked on at this dealership. Since my car can not accelerate beyone 60 mph due to the issue that needs repair, the car is barely driveable. The dealership has done absolutely nothing to accommadate my request for a loaner car and expects me to put my life at risk by driving the car until a loaner car is available. What ethical and morale car dealership does this especially when 130,000 dollar car is the center of the concern. With this kind of money spent, the customer service should be superb
