I have personally meet with the client and discussed this matter with himThe seat belts are operating as designedThen rear passengers are pulling the belts out too far and activating the child safety seat featureThe are no open recalls or campaigns for this concernThe client has been
told by us and another certified dealer the seat belts were operating as designedI also went out and checked another like vehicle and the seat belts performed the same

I took a look at the clients paperwork from the sales dealThe
client signed a credit application authorizing us to run his creditI checked and the credit was only ran once with two of the credit organizationsHowever, the clients credit was denied by three banks and approved by the fourthThe client was given a lesser interest rate than his credit union going to give him and he approved itSo, there is nothing we can do as far as reversing the inquiries made
