UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!
I purchased 2-factory ordered Mercedes Benz from this dealership, the last one was a 2018 Mercedes Benz amg-gle43, the msrp was just a little under $82,000. I had purchased the Mercedes with an extended warranty which I paid $4000 for, at that time I had planned to keep the vehicle for a long period, but when I found out how much it had depreciated in 3 years I couldn't sell it quick enough! $51,595. When I called and requested to cancel all warranties I had purchased I was told there would be a $400.00 cancellation fee, I find this totally unacceptable and after several attempts I was told it was up to the general manager to determine amount of refund based on mileage and cancellation period, this vehicle only had 4,500 miles after 3 years. I had purchased warranties totaling $8,500.00. I would strongly advise you not to purchase an extended warranty from this dealership! I was willing to accept a $200.00 dollar penalty but it didn't happen! Please be aware of this dealership! Very unhappy customer!

I bought my car elsewhere but took it into Mercedes Benz of South Orlando for a checkout and total service They returned the car with major damage to the passenger side rocker panel It appeared to be from the lift Found the damage the next day and they initially denied but when pressed I was told they would review the videoTwo days later they called back and fixed it right up only they tried to return it with big scratches in the NEW paint Refused it Finally got it back and drove it for a while and my back left bumper melted because the tailpipe was unattached on that previously damaged sideThey deny fault and in fact suggested it was like that since I bought itWhen asked why they did not catch it when it was in for service I was told by Reuben the GM that "everybody misses things"I still have a melted car
