I took my car for service at the appointment time
First customer since I was there took the first loaner car in the car loaner line
Second customer took the next (second) loaner car in the car loaner line
I am the third customer, l was offered the Fouurth loaner car in thr loaner car line
The skipped loaner car ( third in line) was similar to my car, while the fourth was two models down
I asked why I am not getting the car in my turn especially that it is similar to my car
Why am L being treated differently
The service advisor left me waiting minutes
Service advisor came back with the service director who waked me to my car and asked me to leave
