I am rejecting this response because: I, [redacted] , do not agree that Mercedes Benz of Temecula is taking responsibility for the SL that they damagedWe provided pictures before we sent the vehicle in for repairs with Mercedes Benz of Temecula and it is evident that we did not send the vehicle in mistreated conditionsWe also provided pictures of the vehicle after we received it back from Mercedes Benz of Temecula and it can be seen that the vehicle was not well taken care ofAs for the payment, yes, it has been put on hold due to their unwillingness to repair or reimburse us for the damages they have done to the vehicleI would also like to warn other customers and prevent this from happening againMercedes Benz of Temecula is dishonest and has made it clear that we are not customers with any value

We have done our utmost in both Service and Sales at MBZ of Temecula to resolve [redacted] complaints.Both the Service Manager and General Manager as well as various Sales Managers and our shop foreman have been personally involved at length.We have offered to trade her vehicle in for what she paid for it...unfortunately tax and license is lost from the original transaction but those amounts go to Govtbodies not the dealership.We have also been unable to duplicate her ongoing service complaints with the car.Thank you

On October 3rd Mr*** came in with an SRS issueWe clarified with him that it was not an SRS issue as documented in the RO (see attached) but rather a WSSWSS is weight sensing system and it applied to the right front seatIt is used to determine if the right front seat is occupied and
what weight the person isThis is used for the right from airbag triggeringWe replaced the WSS sensor in the right front seat and re calibrated itThis is not related to the pending recall as show on his VMI (see attached)I went on MBUSA website with his VIN and pulled up the recall (see attached)The remedy is not yet available per MBUSA websiteI do not know when a repair will be become available

On or about June 23, *** ***' Mercedes-Benz 560SL vehicle was towed into our dealership[Mercedes-Benz of Temecula]. In our evaluation of the Mercedes-Benz 560SL it was discovered that the fuel distributor was supplying the improper amount of fuel to the injectorsVerbal
authorization was received for all work performed on this vehicleDue to the excessive fuel being passed through the engine, the spark plugs, fuel injectors, fuel filter and the fuel pumps were replaced. Due to the vehicle being a Mercedes-Benz 560SL, a replacement the fuel distributor was not readily available and our dealership had to wait a significant amount of time for a rebuilt fuel distributor to arrive from back East. Our dealership did not remove the back seat from MsBarajas' Mercedes-Benz 560SL and in fact, research by our staff shows that year and model of Mercedes-Benz vehicle had a carpet kit and not a back seatMercedes-Benz of Temecula did not cause damage to (1) the odometer, (2) the paint on the hood and roof, (3) the right handle, (4) the ability of the right door to close and (5) the right chrome cover. The Mercedes-Benz 560SL was picked up on or about May 18, At that time, the agreed invoice of $5,was paid by 'check #drawn on the account of *** *** *** and *** *** *** and subsequently payment was stopped on this check

We also provided pictures of the vehicle after we received it back from Mercedes Benz of Temecula and it can be seen that the vehicle was not well taken care of. As for the payment, yes, it has been put on hold due to their unwillingness to repair or reimburse us for the damages they have done to the vehicle. I would also like to warn other customers and prevent this from happening again. Mercedes Benz of Temecula is dishonest and has made it clear that we are not customers with any value.

We are sorry to hear that you are still dissatisfied. We stand by our reputation and facts. We have worked numerous deals on numerous cars to make a trade possible. None have been acceptable to you. We have had the very best people involved with your service issues and they cannot be duplicated. Every manager and many staff have spent considerable time and good will to try and help you on the sales and service side.
If your preferred dealership is now Riverside we can only wish you the best.

My salesman [redacted] (who called me about he always has to do things honestly was suddenly fired when I went in the next day)and then [redacted] sales manager all told me I had the 2 year complimentary service and then used that as a selling point on why I should keep the car with maintenance free care for 2 years that I had got with purchase. Even [redacted] chandler told me to stop complaining since they were covering the car for 2 years.  This is crazy. They never gave me an additional contract they said it showed in the mercedes system in the computer. Not to worry it’s in there just like the complimentary embrace and satellite radio.
