Illegal sell practice - I was offer a 7.99% I have a [redacted] credit score I made a comment that "I will use the credit union previously use I make a comment that I will use the credit union previously use - The Customer Financial Service Director Louis JG [redacted] advise me I can't use the credit union He check with then and they will not finance my loan Then he said "This is what the bank come back with (7.99%) with a credit score He did not check with the credit union I had to return (Mercedes Benz)on 10/13/17- AC unit did not work - while there Louis had me sign a New Service Contract,(he total me) and would not give me a copy of the sign document To this day I do not have a copy I call him leaving voice mail with no return call 10/17/9:30AM we where suppose to meek and resign a new contract Louis advise Louis also state my new contract will lower the loan balance and payment would be lower He did not show up or call When sign the original contract h

I RECIEVED AN INVOICE FROM MERCEDES BENZ OF WESLEY CHAPEL- 2159 DEALER. I ASKED ELIZABETH D. WHO IS THE INTERNET SALES MANNAGER TO SEND ME THE FINAL BILL OF SALE BEFORE I WOULD DRIVE TO COLUMBUS Georgia TO SIGN THE SALES CONTRACT.AFTER REVIEWING THE SALES CONTRACT I NOTICED SEVERAL DISCREPANCIES ELIZABETH D. STATED TO ME THAT MY DEPOSIT GOES TO THE FINACING COMPANY. I TOLD HER THAT DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE I HAVE AN INVOICE FROM THE DEPOIST SAYING THE DEALER TOOK THE DEPOIST. BOTTOM LINE THIS DEALER WAS TRYING TO SCAM ME OUT OF MY DOWN PAYMENT OF $500 DOLLARS. I HAVE EMAIL CORESPONDENCE FROM ELIZABETH D.
On Feb 17, 2016, I had my car towed from Car Clinic's garage, who was unable to fix it to Mercedes-Benz dealer for repairs-floor shift will not come out of parkWhich cost me $1,with my military discountWhen I pick up my car, I notice the parking brake release handle was out and brokenAlso, the cover was replaced with an older part I informed the service repand he had someone look at it and stated the car is old and thing break Another service repstated " why you think we did it, your car was in the hands of the tow truck person." We got in a heated argument about my car, my wife asked to talk to the mechanic and the service rep stated he was not working todaySo we decide to leave As of today, we have not received a phone call about the mechanic being aware of broken hand-brake/replaced
However, on my receipt there was additional services and or repair recommended but the broken emergency hand brake were not annotated
