Review: ON FRIDAY APRIL 3,2015 I PURCHASED A USED BUMPER (COMPLETE) FROM MERCEDES ORIGINAL PARTS. I DID THIS BY PHONE USING A CREDIT CARD, AS I AM 70 MILES AWAY. THE SALESMAN WAS BRAD, AND THE COST TOTAL WAS 592.50. THAT INCLUDED A 50.00 DELIVERY CHARGE, AND I WAS TOLD THE PART WOULD BE HERE MONDAY APRIL 6,2015 BY 12 NOON. AT 4PM MONDAY I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THEY FORGOT TO SEND IT, THEY GUARANTEED ME IT WOULD BE THERE THE FOLLOWING DAY (WHICH IT WAS). I PURCHASED A DARK BLUE PART, WHICH WAS THE COLOR OF MY CAR, HOWEVER WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS BLACK. WHEN I ORDERED IT I WAS SOLD A COMPLETE BUMPER W/ INNER SUPPORT, HOWEVER THE BUMPER COVER ONLY CAME. WHEN I CALLED BRAD BACK, I WAS TOLD THAT PRICE DIDNT INCLUDE THE BUMPER SUPPORT, AND HE THOUGHT IT LOOKED BLUE. HE HAD WENT HIMSELF AND CHECKED THE CONDITION AND COLOR BEFORE I PURCHASED IT. HE THEN TOLD ME THE BUMPER SUPPORT COST 320.00, AND HE WOULD SELL IT TO ME FOR 220.00, BUT OF COURSE THEN THERE IS ANOTHER DELIVERY COST OF 50.00 MORE.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A PARTIAL REFUND. I PAID 120.00 FOR THE BUMPER SUPPORT FROM ANOTHER SOURCE. I FEEL IM OWED THAT 120.00 BACK, AS THIS PART SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED WITH THE BUMPER COVER.
