No responses to emails/questions regarding discrepancies on household goods inventory.Business generally very slow or unresponsive in replying to emails and/or answering questions. Business removed household goods from house on March 24/25, 2015. After repeated requests, I finally received an invenetory list from them on May 19. I found discrepancies on the provided list versus the actual contents and informed the business on May 25. Requested updated inventory list but never received one. On October 1, I emailed the business to see if all the household goods had been sold and to inquire about the inventory discrepancies. Followed up withe emails on the October 16 and 28. No responses from the business.Desired SettlementProvide resolution to the discrepancies and to complete the sale of household items (if not done so alreaady) and/or provide indication that the sale has been complteted.

I have been attempting to retrieve a copy of an appraisal done a few years ago for the estate of my mother. I have been attempting to receive an appraisal done by [redacted]. I have made over 25 phone calls to them It took 10-11 for them to return a call. When they did, they claimed they had computer problems, illness in the family, router problems, someone was in the restroom. There is always an excuse. I am needing this for an estate, and the clerk for the supreme court of North Carolina requires it for the inventory. Still, 5/5/15 I was promised it would be emailed to me by the end of the day. I received nothing. I called again 5/6/15 and they obtained my information AGAIN....and promised it would get done. Still nothing. I informed them that it was a legal issue at this point, but nothing. I left another message last night and told them I was unsure as to why they made every possible excuse to not send something that they clearly had. Still...nothing. Desired SettlementI would like the copy of the appraisal that they were PAID for. I would like it emailed to me and I would like a hard copy sent to my home address, certified mail or overnighted. I have been dealing with this since March.Business returned call and provided paperwork on 5/7/15

My husband and I delivered two truckloads of furniture to the auction to be auctioned off January 5. I have not received payment or any communicationOn Dec. 27, 2013, and January 3, 2014, my husband and I delivered two truckloads of antique/vintage furniture and miscellaneous items to be auctioned. I was told it would go up for sale at the Jan 5 auction, and that I would receive payment within a few weeks, and 75% of the profits. Three weeks after the auction, I called to request information, and an employee, [redacted], told me she would call back. She did not call. Approx. 1 1/2 weeks later, I called and spoke with[redacted], the owner. She said she would be mailing me a printout and a check by the beginning of the next week. I never received anything. Then, I sent a letter on Feb. 21st, requesting payment and information about the sales, or I would be filing complaints, and to this date, two months later, I have received nothing from the auction, or[redacted].Desired SettlementI would like an honest and detailed printout about my sales, as well as the money owed to me from the sale of my items. I had requested in my letter that if some items had not sold, I would like to pick them up, as well. The auction absolutely refuses to provide payment and information about the sales. I should not have to resort to complaint systems to receive my just proceeds from the auction!Business Response I have left a message with [redacted] upon receiving your letter today, March 25. I explained that I had been out of state four times since the beginning of the year dealing with a sick father. It has put me and my staff very behind in our day to day schedule. We just completed selling [redacted] merchandise in a sale that we had on March 23. Her account is now reconciled and a check is going out in today's mail with a detailed print out of each object sold and for what it sold. Two pieces of artwork remain and I explained that on the phone message, as well. If I can be of further assistance, please inform.

Took several items (furniture, art, lamps, etc.)over for sale at auction on 9/28/14. Majority of them sold. Have phoned and e-mailed and always get an excuse as to why she can't pay me or hasn't sent me my proceeds (even though she has at least two other employees helping run the business). Also, can't get her to commit to a date to pick up my remaining, unsold items. It has been over 30 days since the auction closed--any business should at least have "net 30 payment" terms on bid items. I want my money!!!! Please contact me for copies of paper trail.Product_Or_Service: auction servicesAccount_Number: consignment contractDesired SettlementI want my contracted proceeds paid i.e. my money = 75% of reserve amount. I also want her to commit to a date to pick up my unsold items/property and know she'll be there. Consumer called [redacted] and said that as of Wednesday Nov 5th the case had been resolved
